ICEWaRM2023 is a 3 half-day conference with "Sustainable and Safe Water for All" as its theme, from 6th June to 8th June 2023.

ICEWaRM2023 is being organised as a total virtual conference, optimising the latest technologies in virtual conferencing after our experiences during the 2-year COVID-19 pandemic.

The contents of ICEWaRM2023 remain the same as any other physical conference, with Keynote Speakers, Paper Presentations, Panel Discussions, and a Virtual Exhibition.

Terms and Conditions

Registration Fees
Registration fees are inclusive of programme materials and a Certificate of Attendance.
Payment Terms
Following completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required within 5 working days from receipt of the invoice. PLEASE NOTE: Payment must be received prior to the date to secure entrance. A receipt will be issued upon successful payment. If you do not receive the receipt within 7 working days from the date of payment, please contact our Secretariat at +603-6156 9807. You shall be solely responsible for any additional interest and/or processing charges imposed by your bank in respect of the payment of the registration fees and the Organiser will not be held liable for any of the above charges.
Early Registration
Due to limited seats, you are advised to register early to avoid disappointment. The Early Bird discount is valid until April 30, 2023.
Substitution
Subject to full payment of the registration fees, substitutions are acceptable if you notify the Organiser in writing by 23rd May 2023 (two weeks before the Conference). Substitution requests received after this date will be charged an administrative fee of RM100.00.
Copyright
All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by the Organiser in connection with this Conference is expressly reserved and any unauthorised duplication, publication or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Data Protection
In view of the implementation of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, by participating in the Conference, you hereby expressly grant the Organiser permission to use your Personal Data only in relation to the Conference and for all future ENSEARCH activities. You may from time to time contact:- Ms Vishal at icewarm2023@ensearch.org
1. To amend any incorrect Personal Data held by the Organiser and
2. Withdraw your consent to the use of your Personal Data by the Organiser. The Organiser shall take reasonable precaution to keep your Personal Data secured.
Cancellation & Refund
All cancellation requests will be handled on a discretionary basis. All cancellation requests shall adhere to the following timeline and terms:
1. Any request for cancellation of registration must be in writing to the congress secretariat at icewarm2023@ensearch.org
2. If the request for cancellation received on or before 31st May 2023, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
3. If the request of cancellation received after 31st May 2023 or NO SHOW, no refund will be issued.
4. All refunds will be processed within one month after the congress.
5. Any bank service charges/ convenience fees/ administration fees/ taxes will be deducted from all Congress registration refunds.
Miscellaneous Costs
All costs, fees, and/or related expenses incurred or to be incurred in relation to the Conference, which shall include but not limited to the costs of transportation, accommodation, email, postage/courier and/or any other costs, shall be borne separately by you.
Exclusion of Liability
You shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) resulting from your participation in the Conference. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any liability from mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) in any manner whatsoever suffered by you as a result of the Conference.
